30x45 House Plan & Elevation (As per Indian Hindu Vastu)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹3,500 INR
I’m looking for a designer who can map out a clear, two-story residential layout for my 30 × 45 ft plot and give me a matching front elevation. Because this is an initial build-ready stage, a concise set of drawings is all I need:
• Ground- and first-floor plans with wall dimensions, door and window placements, and a simple staircase layout.
• A clean front elevation that shows façade treatment, floor heights, and roof line.
• Files delivered in PDF plus the native CAD format (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp—whichever you prefer).
Keep the design straightforward; no special rooms are required beyond a typical family arrangement. Accuracy to scale and clear notation matter more to me than photorealistic rendering right now. If you can share a sample of similar work, that will help me decide quickly.
