House Plan Corrections & BOM -- 2

I already have a full set of residential plans, supplied in PDF and DWG, but several key measurements are off. The issues I’ve identified so far include:
• Room dimensions not matching the design intent
• Wall thickness inconsistencies from sheet to sheet
• Roofline that currently fails to align when elevations are over-laid

Your job is to open the drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, or another compatible CAD package, verify every dimension against the original design intent, and update the sheets so everything closes out accurately. Once the drawings are clean, I need a concise bill of materials that quantifies framing lumber, sheathing, roofing, windows, doors, and any other items clearly derivable from the corrected plans.
This is a USA Home and needs to be to US code.

Deliverables I will be signing off on:
1. Updated, fully dimensioned plan set (PDF + editable DWG).
Key element include:

1- Change wall heights from 10’ to 9’.
2- Keep foyer wall height at 10’.
3- Front Elevation- Change stone panels from #2 garage front to smaller #1 garage front.
4- Front Elevation- Only do stone siding around front door from window to window and overhang front.
5- Right Elevation- Change stone panels to Board & Batten siding.
6- All Elevation drawings and cross section drawings- change from metal roof to shingles.
7- Cross section drawings- correct mistakes.
8- Provide a roof plan layout drawing with trusses.
