1200 sq ft House Layout Design -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The structural slab for my 1,000 sq ft residence is already in place; what I still need is a smart, build-ready layout that makes the very best use of that footprint. I’m after a practical residential plan with three regular bedrooms plus a dedicated guest room. All rooms must fit within the existing slab dimensions—no extensions or overhangs—so thoughtful space planning is critical.
Here’s what I will provide once we start: exact slab measurements, column grid, current staircase position and a rough sketch of my preferred room order. From you, I’m looking for:
• A fully dimensioned floor plan (DWG + PDF) that respects the poured slab
• Room labels, clear circulation paths and furniture placeholders for scale
• Basic elevations to confirm door and window placements
• A simple 3-D massing or isometric view for spatial clarity
AutoCAD, Revit or any comparable BIM/CAD tool is fine as long as the final files are editable. If you see ways to optimise natural light, ventilation or storage within the fixed footprint, please weave those ideas in—I’m open to creative solutions provided the bedroom count and guest room remain intact.
Once I review the first draft, I’ll send marked-up comments; a revised final set will wrap up the job.
