House Floor Plan Design – Budget: USD 150 (Fixed Price)
Budget: $80 – $150 USD
I am looking for an experienced architect or architectural designer to create a modern, functional, and well-optimized house plan.
The house should include:
3 bedrooms, including:
1 master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
2 secondary bedrooms.
1 main living room.
1 small family lounge/playroom for the children.
1 enclosed (closed) kitchen with a service door leading outside.
1 shared bathroom for the two secondary bedrooms.
1 guest toilet located in the day area, easily accessible from the entrance and living room.
1 clearly defined entrance hall.
Design Requirements
The layout must clearly separate the day area (entrance hall, living spaces, kitchen, guest toilet) from the night area (bedrooms).
The circulation should be practical, efficient, and minimize wasted space.
Room sizes must be realistic and proportional.
The total built-up area must not exceed 230 m².
Natural lighting and ventilation should be taken into consideration.
I prefer a modern, clean, and functional design.
Deliverables
Please provide:
A dimensioned floor plan showing all room dimensions.
A furnished floor plan with furniture layout.
The four exterior elevations (front, rear, left, and right).
PDF files.
Source files (DWG, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar) are appreciated if available.
My maximum budget is USD 150 (fixed price). Please submit your proposal only if you are comfortable working within this budget.
