I need a complete concept design and full architectural floor-plan package for a practical and elegant 3-story family villa.
Design Style:
* Simple modern-classic exterior
* Elegant and balanced facade
* Warm, calm, and comfortable atmosphere
* Focus on practicality, smooth circulation, natural light, and efficient use of space
* Avoid oversized unused spaces or excessive luxury
Key deliverables:
• Concept sketches or 3D massing visuals that communicate the design narrative
• Scaled floor plans for each floor (minimum three) with walls, doors, windows, and room labels
• A simple site layout showing positioning, setbacks, and access
• One round of revisions after I review the initial set
