Hotel Structural Section Drawing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m finalising the design package for a new commercial hotel and need a precise structural sectional view to slot straight into the sub-mittal set. The architectural floor plans are already locked down; what’s missing is a clear, to-scale section that shows the structural frame, slab and beam depths, column sizes, reinforcement zones, floor-to-floor heights, and any transfer beams or shear walls that occur along the cut line.
Please base the work on the DWG files I will provide. I’m comfortable if you draft in AutoCAD, Revit or a similar BIM-capable tool—just keep layers clean and line weights print-ready for A1. Wherever design codes are referenced, use the latest IBC/ACI provisions.
Deliverables
• Editable DWG (or RVT) of the sectional view
• Print-ready PDF at 1:100 scale
• Short note outlining key assumptions and load paths
I’ll review for dimensional accuracy, legibility and conformance with the grid shown in the architectural set before signing off.
