Hotel Electrical & Plumbing Design in Fiji use AS code

I’m developing a new hotel in Fiji and need a designer who can produce coordinated electrical and plumbing plans that comply fully with Australian Standards (AS). Your work will guide local contractors, so accuracy and constructability are critical.

Scope of work
• Electrical systems: lighting layouts, power distribution schematics, and an integrated fire-alarm design.
• Plumbing systems: cold and hot water reticulation, sanitary drainage, and any required pump or tank sizing.
• All drawings, load and flow calculations, single-line diagrams, schedules, and material specifications delivered in CAD/Revit (DWG and PDF).

Key expectations
– Every element must reference the relevant AS clause.
– Designs should accommodate Fiji’s supply voltages and local installation practices while remaining AS-compliant.
– Coordinate fixture locations across disciplines and allow for hotel aesthetics and maintenance access.
– Be available for one round of revisions after the initial review.
