Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I’m working on the early design of a residential single-family home and need a detailed, build-ready floor plan. Once we start, I’ll share the site dimensions, preferred room list and any rough sketches I already have; your task is to turn those notes into a clear layout that balances traffic flow, natural light and structural efficiency.
You may use AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or another industry-standard tool—just make sure the files can be opened or converted by my local architect later. Please allow space for typical utilities and keep local code compliance in mind; I’ll provide the specific regulations for my area when we kick off.
Deliverables:
• Scaled floor plan in PDF for easy review
• Original, editable CAD/DWG (or equivalent) file
