High-End BIM Family Production
Budget: $5,000 – $8,500 USD
I have a high-end development moving into fabrication and we need a company—not a solo freelancer—to create 250 Revit families in just 2–3 weeks. The scope covers both Architectural and MEP items, and every family must reach LOD 400 so that shop drawings and direct-to-fabrication exports are possible.
You will receive a detailed BOQ plus a completed sample family that shows the naming convention, parameter set, and graphic standards we expect. Use this as the benchmark for everything you produce.
Because of the volume and tight turnaround, I need a team that can demonstrate an organised production workflow in Revit, solid internal QA, and the capacity to run multiple modellers in parallel without cutting corners.
Deliverables (all in Revit 2021 or newer):
• 250 LOD 400 .rfa files matching the attached BOQ ( those are not all )
• A clean, compact type catalogue (where relevant) for each parametric family
• A brief log showing modelled parameters, materials, and any embedded data for COBie export
Acceptance will be based on: dimensional accuracy against the BOQ, correct parameter naming, family performance (no excessive file size or warnings), and visual fidelity in coarse/medium/fine views.
I will review batches daily, so please outline how you intend to split the work, assign responsibility, and hit the 2–3-week window. Looking forward to collaborating with a team that can keep pace with this schedule and still deliver fabrication-ready quality.
