Full Office Interior Design Package

The space is currently a blank canvas and I want to transform it into a cohesive, functional office suite that includes two private offices, a welcoming reception area, a professional board room, a bathroom, and a compact kitchenette.

Scope
• Develop an overall design concept that ties all six zones together while still giving each room its own character.
• Produce scaled floor plans, furniture layouts, and lighting plans.
• Supply realistic 3-D visualisations/renders so I can sign off on finishes and furniture before we purchase anything.
• Create a detailed specification sheet listing paint colours, flooring, fixtures, and furnishings for every area.

Tools you are comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit—are all fine as long as the final files are delivered in formats my contractor can open (DWG/PDF for plans and high-resolution JPG/PNG for renders).

Acceptance
I’ll consider the project complete when I have:
1. One coordinated concept board for the whole office.
2. Dimensioned plans and elevations for each room.
3. A minimum of two high-quality renders per area (12 renders total).
4. A consolidated materials and furniture schedule ready for procurement.
