Full Modern BIM Architecture
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a single partner who can take this project from the first line on the site plan all the way to a fully coordinated BIM model. Every drawing must satisfy current local building codes, and the overall look must stay firmly in a Modern style—clean geometry, honest materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Deliverables (issue each as a separate PDF/DWG and include the native file):
• Site Plan
• Floor Plan(s)
• Elevations
• Sectional Elevations
• RCC structural information
• Electrical layout
• Plumbing layout
• HVAC / duct routing drawings
• 3D exterior renders—four sides, clearly showing Landscape elements, Lighting fixtures, Facade materials, and a well-detailed roof assembly
• 3D interior renders plus an annotated interior floor-plan render
• A complete, clash-free BIM file (Revit or equivalent)
Acceptance criteria: dimensions must reconcile across all views, schedules must pull correctly from the BIM model, and the renders must match the specified materials and lighting. If you are fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, and a rendering tool of your choice—and can work through each milestone collaboratively—let’s get started.
