Freelance Revit Drafter – Modular Building Documentation (Ongoing Overflow Work)

We're a Queensland-based modular building manufacturer looking for an experienced Revit drafter to provide flexible overflow support for our design team.
This is ongoing freelance work, not a single project — we need someone reliable who can pick up drafting tasks as they come in, with the potential for regular recurring hours if it's a good fit.
What you'll be doing:

Revit modelling and drafting of modular building units, panels, and components
Producing construction documentation sets (plans, elevations, sections, details) to Australian standards
Creating and maintaining families aligned to our existing templates
Occasional 3D rendering/visualisation for sales and marketing purposes

What we're looking for:
Solid hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit (please specify years and version)
Experience with construction documentation — modular, prefab, or manufacturing background highly regarded but not essential
Comfortable working to supplied templates/standards rather than your own conventions
Good communication and reliable turnaround — you'll be filling capacity gaps, so responsiveness matters
Some overlap with AEST business hours preferred but not mandatory
