We are inviting talented Interior Designers to join us on a freelance, collaboration basis. This is not an employment role — it is a creative partnership where you retain your independence while the company provides the brand, execution capacity, supply chain and marketing engine that turns your design vision into a fully delivered project.

Nature of the Collaboration 合作性质说明
• Engaged as an independent contractor under a project-based collaboration agreement; no employer-employee relationship is created.
• 以独立承包人身份签署项目合作协议；不构成任何雇佣关系。
• You retain full autonomy over your working hours, working location and other professional engagements.
• 您完全自主安排工作时间、工作地点及其他职业合作。
• Compensation is structured as project-based commission and/or revenue sharing per signed project; no fixed monthly wage applies.

• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and professional registrations in accordance with Singapore self-employed regulations.

• Design concept development — mood, spatial narrative, material palette and signature aesthetic for each project.

• Client communication during the creative phase — discovery, briefing, design presentation and concept refinement.

• Presentation deliverables — concept boards, 3D visuals, material boards and design storytelling that wins the project.

• Creative ownership — your name and signature remain attached to the work in the company's portfolio and credits.

• A working interior designer with a strong, portfolio-driven body of work — residential, hospitality or premium commercial.

• A distinct design point of view — modern, refined, materially literate, and confident in front of high-net-worth clients.
• 拥有独特设计观点 — 现代、精致、对材质语言敏感，并能从容应对高净值客户。
• Fluent in English; working Mandarin is a strong advantage given our client base and supply chain partners.
• 英语流利；具备中文沟通能力者优先，便于对接客户群体与中国供应链伙伴。
• Proficient in industry tools — AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape / V-Ray, Adobe Suite — or equivalent presentation pipeline.

• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable working as a creative partner rather than an employee.
