Four-Building LOD-300 BIM Model

Job ID: 40023318

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I have just acquired a property with four separate buildings and I want each of them translated into a clean, coordinated BIM environment at LOD 300. The primary focus is on structural and architectural elements; MEP can stay outside the scope for now.

For one of the buildings I can supply a scanned blueprint. The other three will need to be modelled from scratch, so you’ll be relying on site measurements, photographs, and any other information we can pull together during the project. I expect the usual Revit-ready (or compatible IFC) files that come with LOD 300 accuracy—precise geometry, doors and windows properly hosted, structural members correctly defined, and room/space data filled in. A single federated model or four linked models is fine as long as coordination clashes are kept to a minimum and naming conventions stay consistent.

Deliverables
• Four individual BIM files at LOD 300 (or one federated file with links)
• Supporting views/sheets that demonstrate the architectural and structural scope
• An export to IFC for open-format sharing

Acceptance will be based on file integrity (no missing families or broken links), adherence to LOD 300, and visual checks against the provided blueprint and any agreed field data.

If you’re comfortable building detailed yet lean architectural and structural models without full documentation for three of the buildings, let’s discuss timelines and your preferred workflow.

It must be possible for me to further improve the design myself in autodesk revit.
