I need a complete set of permit-ready drawings for a residential pool that must satisfy the current Florida Building Code and any local county-level amendments. The package has to cover dimensioned plan views plus the key sections—cross-sections through the shell, longitudinal cuts, and enough enlargement details to demonstrate structural reinforcement, depth breaks, slopes, and deck elevations. Electrical bonding, plumbing runs, and equipment layout also need to appear clearly so the reviewer can verify entrapment avoidance and energy-efficiency rules.

Please prepare everything in a clean, professional format (PDF sheets at 24 × 36 in.) and include the original CAD files (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable DWG/DXF) so my engineer of record can add their seal. All drawings must be scaled, annotated, and reference the exact code clauses being met—for example, barrier requirements, suction-fitting placements, and minimum setbacks. Once I receive the draft set I’ll mark up any county comments; a final revision round will close the job.
