Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Requirements:
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar (deliverables must import into AutoCAD)
- Provide scaled, dimensioned 2D floor plans (CAD + PDF)
- Include room labels, doors, windows, fixtures, and basic code clearances
- Follow standard residential drafting conventions (layers, line weights, text styles)
- Deliverables: fully editable CAD file + client-ready PDF.
- 2 residential drafting samples (showing clarity and annotation style)
