Floor Plan Revision: Add Laundry Room

I already have a complete floor plan in PDF (attached) and need a quick, practical rethink rather than a full redesign. The priorities are clear:

• Insert a dedicated 8 ft × 6 ft washing/laundry room somewhere that makes day-to-day life easier without pushing the overall footprint past 12 m frontage and 19 m depth.
• Enlarge the kitchen; the most flexible space to borrow from is the living room, so feel free to shave square footage from there.
• Keep the staircase exactly where it currently sits and preserve as much of the existing layout logic as possible—only change what genuinely improves flow or usability.

I am after a concise “Basic plan” update: a clean, clearly dimensioned drawing (DWG or PDF) plus a brief note explaining the changes and their rationale. Turnaround is ASAP, so steady, responsive communication is essential. AutoCAD, Revit, or any comparable drafting tool is fine as long as the final file is accurate and easy for my builder to read.
