Floor Plan Architectural Drafting

I need a clear, well-structured set of architectural floor plans drafted from scratch. The building type is still open—my brief simply lists it as a “project,” so if you have experience in residential, commercial, or even industrial layouts, let’s talk. At this stage I am focusing only on floor plans; elevation or section drawings will be commissioned separately once the basic layout is locked down.

I will supply basic sketches, room requirements, and any available site dimensions the moment we start. Your job is to translate that information into accurate, permit-ready CAD drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable professional platform). Precision on dimensions, logical circulation, and compliance with typical code standards are critical.

Deliverable:
• One complete, editable CAD file of the floor plan set in both native format and PDF.
