Fixture Count & Capacity Analysis

I have complete architectural blueprints for an existing commercial building and want to enclose roughly 400 sq ft of additional usable floor area. Before I move ahead with layout changes, I need confirmation that the current plumbing system—specifically our plumbing fixtures—can legally and functionally support the larger occupant load.

At present the building contains plumbing fixtures only: three toilets and their paired sinks. I need a qualified professional to:

• Review the supplied PDF/CAD drawings and verify every existing toilet and sink location
• Apply the applicable plumbing code (IPC or local jurisdiction) to calculate the required fixture count for the expanded square footage and anticipated occupancy
• Compare required versus existing counts and spell out any shortfall or confirm compliance
• Recommend fixture additions or layout adjustments if the analysis shows we fall short

Please deliver a concise written report (PDF) that includes the marked-up plan set, the code calculations you used, and your final recommendation so I can forward it straight to the architect and building official. Specs must be to City of Wheaton, Dupage County and the state of IL requirements. AutoCAD or Revit for mark-ups is fine as long as I get a clean PDF at hand-off.
