Fire MEP Design & BOQ

Job ID: 40571987

Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR

I’m finalising the consultant line-up for an upcoming Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) development in Bhandup, where our firm is the appointed Project Management Consultant. The assignment focuses exclusively on the fire portion of the MEP scope: you will take full responsibility for concept-to-tender fire protection design, coordinated drawings and a complete, itemised BOQ strictly aligned to the current MCGM Schedule of Rates.

What I will count on you to deliver
• Code-compliant fire protection system design (NFPA/IS standards plus any specific MCGM requirements)
• Coordinated GA, schematic and service drawings ready for submission, preferably in AutoCAD or Revit format
• BOQ mapped line-by-line to MCGM SOR, with clear item descriptions and quantities
• Design notes and calculations that support hydraulic, pump and tank sizing decisions

Timeline and collaboration
The project moves into detailed design shortly, so I’ll need an initial design strategy within two weeks of award and final drawings/BOQ before tender release. We’ll coordinate through regular online reviews and site visits as needed.

How to be considered
Send across relevant past work—ideally municipal or large-scale developments within Mumbai—highlighting drawings, BOQs and any value-engineering achievements on fire systems. A concise overview of your approach and your expected schedule helps, but past work is the key criterion.

If your expertise aligns and you can commit to MCGM compliance from day one, I look forward to reviewing your portfolio.
