Finalize CAD Documentation Package
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The full CAD model for my G + 3, 10,400 sq ft building is already complete; my in-house engineer is simply unavailable to wrap up the documentation. I now need a seasoned drafter to extract and format the remaining drawings and schedules so I can move straight into procurement and construction.
What I will hand over
• The native CAD files (AutoCAD / Revit) and my own sketch showing the intended furniture arrangement.
What I need back
1. Furniture layout plan refined to match the sketch I provide.
2. Exterior elevation plus a clean, modern 3D perspective that clearly showcases the concrete-and-plaster façade.
3. Full BOQ generated from the model.
4. Four sectional drawings—cross, mid, end, and longitudinal—compiled into a print-ready PDF set.
Keep sheet sizes and title blocks consistent with the existing file. Layers, line weights, and dimensions should follow typical architectural drafting standards so I can issue the package without extra editing.
If you work natively in AutoCAD, Revit, or a compatible BIM platform and can deliver the PDFs (and updated source files) within a reasonable turnaround, let’s move forward.
