Farmhouse Floor Plan Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to move from ideas to a clear, build-ready layout for a single-family farmhouse. The finished plan needs to comfortably fit four to five bedrooms and reflect a warm, country aesthetic throughout.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A fully dimensioned floor plan (PDF plus the editable CAD or comparable source file).
• Room labels and square footage for every space, including closets, utility areas, and any optional bonus room you recommend.
• At least one round of revisions after I review the first draft so we can fine-tune flow, furniture placement, and circulation.
I’ll supply the lot dimensions, local setback rules, and a short wish list once we start. If you routinely work in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, that’s a plus, but as long as I receive a clean, editable file, I’m flexible.
Let me know your typical turnaround time for the initial concept and any questions you have about the brief.
