Fall Agritourism Plans & Mockup

My new fall agritourism destination needs a complete concept package that turns my basic outline into bank-ready documents and a compelling visual presentation. The site will centre on a corn maze and pumpkin patch, wrapped in a Halloween-and-fall family theme.

Scope of work
• Produce a scaled master plan that shows parking, visitor flow, the corn maze footprint, pumpkin patch rows, service areas, emergency access and future-growth space (hayrides could be added later).
• Prepare plans to submit to the bank and possible building costs per structure. Drawings must be accurate enough for preliminary budgeting and financing.
• Deliver a visual mock-up—3D renderings, illustrations or detailed sketches—that captures the look and feel of each zone, including daytime family fun and after-dark ambience.
• Supply a line-item cost estimate for every proposed building or major feature.

Acceptance criteria
1. PDF master plan (printable at 1:200 or similar) and individual structure drawings with material annotations.
2. Itemised cost sheet in Excel or similar format.
3. At least three high-resolution visuals covering the entrance, corn maze overview and pumpkin-patch activity zone.

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or comparable tools are all acceptable; choose the workflow that gets clear, accurate results fast. The goal is to secure financing this season, so an efficient turnaround is essential.
