Experienced BIM Manager ( EGYPTION NATIONALITY ONLY )

Iam establishing BIM company and working on setting up a BIM team for upcoming projects within Saudi Arabia.
We're looking for a talented BIM Manager who can take the lead and recommend and setup the right team members to deliver high-quality BIM services.
This is a great opportunity for who want to be part of something from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:
 Prepare and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
 Recommend and structure the full BIM team (Modelers, Coordinators, Draftsmen…)
 Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
 Oversee modeling workflows and ensure integration
 Delivery of high-quality BIM models up to LOD 500 as require
 Use tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360


Ideal Skills:
- Extensive BIM management experience
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities

 Minimum 10-15 years of experience in BIM management
 Proven record in medium to large-scale projects
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 Ability to represent the company technically to consultants and stakeholder
