Existing Dwelling Revit Modelling
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I will give you a Revit template together with point-cloud scans (RCP/RCS), the current floor-plan PDFs and high-resolution aerial imagery. From these sources I need an accurate “as-is” model of the house at standard architectural detail—walls, roofs, floors, doors, windows, stairs and visible structural members modelled to match the cloud within normal survey tolerances. No rendered materials or presentation views are required.
Using the same file, please set up a site plan sheet that shows only the building footprint and existing utility lines; landscaping or other site elements are not needed. All service information supplied in PDF form must be recreated inside the model and placed on its own workset so it can be isolated or scheduled later—there’s no need to hand back the original PDFs once everything is embedded.
Deliverables:
• Revit file (.rvt) based on the template, containing the complete existing 3D model and integrated services.
• Site plan sheet inside that file, formatted per the template, showing building footprint and utility lines only, boundary line and street name.
As long as the file audits cleanly, is free of unresolved links and opens without missing families, the job is complete.
