Envelope, Roof & Cladding Detailing
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We're looking for a roofing and cladding design coordinator familiar with providing design coordination and the provision of full envelope, roofing, and wall-cladding details for Data Centers and other commercial facilities. Cladding will be flat roofing, fire rated insulated metal cladding, composite panels and roofing with bituminous membranes at critical waterproofing zones, so every junction must be shown clearly and coordinated in Revit. Familiarity with Glazing, Louvers and other facade elements an advantage for interfacing.
The scope covers
• Connection, insulation, and waterproofing details for roof and vertical cladding interfaces
• Parametric Revit families and sheets ready for issue
• Assistance preparing product-specific submittals (cut-sheets, data sheets, and installation notes)
• Ongoing design coordination with our architect and structural engineer to resolve clashes and refine thermal and moisture performance
Acceptance is straightforward: the Revit model should pass a clash-detection run with zero hard clashes, every detail must carry keynotes that match our spec, and sheet sets must publish cleanly to both PDF and DWG.
