Entire Home 3D Electrical Design

I’m putting together a full-scope interior package for my new house and need you to map every circuit, device and furnishing detail, then visualise it all in an accurate 3D model. The brief covers the entire property, not just selected rooms, and must show:

• Complete wiring diagrams: lighting circuits, power outlets, dedicated lines for electronic devices, and the backbone for smart-home systems.
• Fixture and device locations, including switchboards, sensors, hubs and any smart controls.
• Furniture layout coordinated with the electrical plan so plugs, switches and cable routes sit exactly where they’re needed.
• A cool-tone colour palette applied across walls, built-ins and key furnishings, reflected faithfully in the 3D renders.
• Photorealistic 3D views (and the native model files) so I can walk through the space and see how lighting levels and colour choices play together.

I’m comfortable with you working in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or an equivalent professional platform as long as the exported DWG/PDF drawings and render images remain editable.

Before sign-off I’ll review:

1. Layered CAD drawings that match local electrical standards.
2. 3D model with textures and lighting set up in cool tones.
3. A short hand-off video or screen-share proving everything aligns with the agreed furniture plan.
