PD1 & PD2 Engineering Docs
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
PD1 and PD2 drawing sets for my current build must be completed, coordinated and ready for submission. All preliminary sketches, survey data and zoning notes are already prepared; the missing piece is a thorough architectural-engineering package that moves the concept through schematic and detailed development without gaps in code or structural logic.
Scope
Both phases revolve around translating the raw information I provide into clean, clash-free documentation. PD1 will capture the schematic intent, while PD2 should push the design into a fully detailed, permit-ready state. That includes coordinating structure, envelope and preliminary MEP interfaces so every consultant can work from a single source of truth.
Deliverables
• PD1 set: plans, sections, elevations and a concise design brief, issued in PDF + editable DWG/Revit format
• PD2 set: updated drawings with structural notes, basic schedules and connection details, again delivered as PDF + DWG/Revit
• A running issue log that tracks questions, decisions and revisions for both phases
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must respect local building code references supplied after kick-off
• All layers, line weights and title blocks follow the template I will share
• File naming complies with the provided convention, ensuring a seamless upload to our document control platform
Preferred tools are Revit 2022 or AutoCAD 2021, though I can accommodate IFC if another BIM suite is more comfortable for you. Continuous communication over shared cloud folders and weekly progress check-ins will keep everything aligned.
