Engineer Certification for Pool House
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for a structural engineer who is currently certified to practice in Australia to review and stamp the drawings for my new pool house. The architectural design phase is finished and I have a full set of detailed drawings in DWG/PDF format ready for you.
What I still need is:
• Structural calculations for the steel and timber members, slab, footing, and roof connections
• Any refinements to the drawings that may be required to satisfy Australian Standards and the NCC
• Formal certification / sign-off suitable for council submission (Form 15/16 or state-equivalent)
Everything must comply with the latest NCC, AS 1170, AS 3600, and relevant wind-loading codes for my Queensland site. I’ll provide the drawings, site soil report, and wind region information as soon as we start.
Please let me know your turnaround time, what software you prefer (Revit, SpaceGass, RAPT, etc.), and any previous pool house or light-framed building projects you’ve certified. I’m ready to move ahead as soon as I find the right engineer.
