Eco-Resort Design & Walkthrough
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m developing a new resort and want every decision, from massing to material selection, to centre on an eco-friendly philosophy. The scope covers three clear pieces of work:
• Architectural design – a complete set of concept layouts through to permit-ready drawings that celebrate sustainable strategies (passive cooling, local materials, low-impact footprint).
• Bill of Quantities – itemised, construction-grade BOQ that aligns with the drawings and specifies green alternatives where relevant.
• Walkthrough animation – an engaging 3-D fly-through that immerses viewers in the finished resort and highlights the ecological features called out in the design.
I usually review work in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM-compatible formats and prefer the animation rendered from Lumion, Twinmotion, or 3ds Max, but I’m happy to discuss the pipeline you’re most comfortable with as long as the final files reach a polished, client-presentable standard.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Drawings coordinated across architecture, structure, and services with no visible clashes.
2. BOQ quantities traceable back to drawing references and measured to recognised standards.
3. Walkthrough at 4K, 60 fps, accompanied by source model so later edits remain possible.
Let’s agree on milestones for concept, developed design, and final issue; each will be signed off before moving on so the project stays on track. I’m ready to start as soon as we align on the schedule.
