Eclectic Rebuild Interior Design

Job ID: 40250608

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

My Pacific Palisades property is being rebuilt after a total loss fire, and I’m ready to plan every inch of the new interior. The architectural drawings are underway; now I want a licensed, insured interior designer who can deliver an eclectic look carried gracefully through the whole house while keeping the palette light with pastel shades.

Scope
• Complete interior concept and execution for all spaces—kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, baths, transitional zones, and any outdoor‐indoor connections.
• Early collaboration with my architect and GC so design decisions align with structural and permitting milestones.
• Mood boards, scaled layouts, material + furniture specifications, and finish schedules detailed enough for contractor pricing.
• Guidance on affordable yet durable selections; creative sourcing is a must to keep overall costs manageable.
• On-site walk-throughs (or detailed virtual sessions if you’re out of town) during framing, finish, and final staging to ensure design intent is met.

Acceptance criteria
1. Cohesive eclectic concept approved room-by-room, showing pastel-based color story.
2. Complete spec book and purchasing list deliverable in editable format (Excel / Google Sheets).
3. Final punch-list sign-off after installation.

If your portfolio proves successful eclectic work and you carry current liability insurance plus any required California credentials, please tell me:
• How you typically structure fees and milestones for a full-home build.
• Preferred digital tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3-D renders, etc.).
• Rough timeline you foresee from concept approval to final staging.

I’m ready to review estimates and start immediately.
