Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Revit and AutoCAD professional to design and develop modern, dynamic title blocks that work seamlessly across all standard paper sizes. The title blocks should be clean, professional, and suitable for architectural/engineering drawings.
Scope of Work:
Create dynamic title blocks for Revit and AutoCAD
Support all standard sheet sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 and equivalent)
Include automatic fields/parameters such as:
Project Name
Client Name
Drawing Title
Drawing Number
Revision Number
Issue Date
Scale & Scale Bar
Sheet Number
Company Logo
MEP Designer - Logo & Details Will be provided
Architect - Logo & Details Will be provided
Ensure consistent layout scaling across different sheet sizes
Implement revision tracking fields
Allow easy editing of project parameters
Deliver clean, organized template files
Deliverables:
Revit Title Block Families (.RFA)
AutoCAD Title Block Templates (.DWG / .DWT)
Title blocks for all required sheet formats
Documentation on how to update fields and revisions
Design Requirements:
Modern and minimal layout
Clear hierarchy for drawing information
Compatible with standard architectural documentation workflows
Requirements:
Strong experience with Autodesk Revit Family creation
Advanced AutoCAD dynamic blocks / sheet templates
Experience creating BIM-compliant documentation standards
Ability to deliver editable, well-structured files
Nice to Have:
Experience with ISO / international drawing standards
Previous work samples of title blocks or BIM templates
