Duplex Building Plan Draft

I need a complete set of drawings that will let my contractor price and eventually build a compact duplex. Each unit must fit one-to-two bedrooms and include a dedicated home office plus at least one walk-in closet. A small laundry nook would be nice if the layout allows, but it is not essential.

The package I expect:
• Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans for both levels
• Elevations and basic 3-D views so I can visualise exterior massing
• Preliminary structural layout showing column, beam and wall positions (enough for my local engineer to finish)
• A simple room-by-room square-foot schedule

Please keep circulation efficient, give the shared party wall proper acoustic separation, and leave space at the rear for a modest patio. I will supply the site dimensions and local zoning setbacks the moment we start. Native files (Revit, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD) plus export to PDF are required so I can forward them to my builder.
