Dormer Permit Revit Drawings

I need a complete, permit-ready Revit model and sheet set for a new dormer addition on my home. You will start from my existing as-built plans (Revit 2023 file and PDFs) and develop a clean, well-organized model that clearly shows how the dormer ties into the current roof structure.

The final package must satisfy my local building department’s submittal checklist, so every sheet has to be properly scaled, dimensioned, and annotated. At minimum the set should cover floor and roof plans, exterior elevations, key building sections, framing details for the dormer walls/rafters, window and door schedules, and any code notes or general notes required in our jurisdiction. All line weights, view templates, and title blocks should follow standard architectural drafting conventions.

Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) file with all views and sheets
• PDF set formatted for 24"×36" plotting
• One coordinated revision round after plan-checker comments

I will provide photos, site measurements, and the municipality’s checklist as soon as we start. Please flag any assumptions before modeling so we stay aligned. Solid experience with Autodesk Revit is a must; familiarity with structural add-ons (e.g., Revit Structure or Robot) is a plus.

Timeline is flexible but I’d like to have the first draft ready for my review within a week of kickoff.
