Looking for an experienced architectural designer / drafter / engineer to help complete a residential dome house permit package.

Scope of Work:

Prepare permit/construction drawings for a dome structure
Coordinate drawings with dome manufacturer information
Produce clear, code-compliant permit documents

Required Deliverables:

Site Plan
Dimensioned Floor Plans
Exterior Elevations
Building Sections
Roof/Foundation Coordination
Door & Window Information
Area Calculations
Basic Structural Coordination
Energy Calculations Report/ Energy Compliance
Final Permit Set (PDF + source files)

Project Information:

Dome manufacturer drawings and reference materials will be provided
Some preliminary work has already started
Looking for someone familiar with residential permit drawings and custom structures

Preferred Experience:

Residential permit sets
Dome / tiny home / custom residential projects
Structural coordination
Energy calculations (REScheck / Title 24 if required)
AutoCAD or Revit proficiency

Requirements:

Good communication
Attention to detail
Ability to revise drawings based on permit comments if needed

Design intent
Local code information
Manufacturer documents

Deliverables must be permit-ready and compliant with the applicable building code.
