Digital Restoration Architectural Plan

Job ID: 40506063

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have a single-page scan of an early-20th-century blueprint that needs to be redrawn into a clean, editable architectural plan for an upcoming restoration project.

For this stage I only need the basic layout and structural information: walls, openings, column grids, floor levels, and key dimensions. No sections, elevations, or finish schedules yet. Accuracy is critical, though—dimensions must match the scan and all geometry should be snapped, layered, and scaled correctly.

Preferred workflow is AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream CAD platform that lets me edit later; please export a PDF sheet set alongside the native file. If you can add a transparent reference of the original scan on a locked layer for traceability, even better.

Deliverables:
• Editable CAD file (DWG, RVT, or equivalent) with layers clearly named
• Print-ready PDF at 1:100 and 1:50 scales
• Brief change log noting any modern-code insertions or deviations from the original

I will supply the high-resolution scan as soon as we start. Looking forward to working with someone who appreciates historic drawings yet knows today’s code landscape.
