I'm looking for a skilled professional to create comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for a 2.5-story residential building. The project involves developing detailed layouts based on an existing architectural blueprint.
Key Requirements:
- Develop plumbing layout, electrical piping and outlet layout, window details, and HVAC system layout.
- Deliverables should include layered CAD files with separate MEP components.
- Provide plumbing schematics and isometric diagrams.
- Create an electrical layout with symbols and legends.
- Design HVAC ducting and unit placement.
- Detail window types and positioning with annotations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in MEP design for residential buildings.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Catia, or similar.
