I have a full home interior that now needs to move from concept to clear construction-ready documentation and marketing-quality visuals. You will prepare precise floor plans and matching electrical layouts in 2D, then develop a coordinated 3D model that can generate both plan views and photorealistic stills.

Here is what I need from you:
• 2D deliverables – dimensioned floor plans and coordinated electrical layouts ready for print and DWG/PDF export.
• 3D deliverables – a fully textured model with realistic materials, furniture, fixtures, and professional lighting. From this model I expect high-resolution renders that convincingly show each key space from multiple angles.

I will supply existing measurements, mood references, and any architectural constraints up front, and I am happy to give quick feedback at each milestone to keep the file set tightly aligned. Popular tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion are all acceptable as long as the results meet the realism and accuracy outlined above.
