Detailed Construction Plans from Revit

I already have a complete Revit model of the project and now need it translated into a full set of highly-detailed construction documents. The scope covers every drawing normally required for permit and tender:

• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections (with all call-outs, tags and schedules necessary for coordination)

Each sheet must be extracted, cleaned up and annotated directly from the existing Revit file, so you will be working natively in Revit and, if needed, finishing line-work in AutoCAD or Bluebeam before plotting to PDF. I expect dimensions, material notes, key legends and detail bubbles to be clear enough for contractors to build straight from the drawings.

To be considered, include a detailed project proposal that explains your workflow, the review milestones you plan to set, and how long you need for each drawing package. Attach one or two sample sheets from past Revit-based projects that demonstrate the same level of detail I’m asking for.

I will supply the model, view templates and title blocks as soon as we agree on the schedule.
