Detailed Commercial Plumbing Drawings

I’m finalising the plumbing package for a commercial project and need a set of shop drawings that drills down into every specification. The scope covers three systems: water supply, drainage, and gas piping. I already have the architectural and structural backgrounds in DWG; what I need from you is a fully coordinated plumbing layout that can go straight to our installers and the approving engineer without additional mark-ups.

Depth of detail is important here. Line sizes, slopes, pipe materials, fixture connection points, valve locations, clean-outs, vent routing, isolation details—the whole lot must be called out and keyed to recognised symbols. Wherever manufacturer data is needed (e.g., backflow preventers or pressure-reducing valves), reference the exact model numbers so the procurement team can cross-check quickly.

I’m comfortable with AutoCAD or Revit outputs, as long as the final issue includes:

• PDF sheets ready for stamping
• The editable CAD/Revit files
• A brief legend and notes block that outlines any code assumptions or coordination requests

Before I sign off, I’ll review the PDFs against the background drawings; if everything matches dimensionally and each system is fully tagged, I’ll release final approval.
