Design Complete G+5 Commercial Building
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a ground-plus-five commercial project that needs to move from concept to “good-for-construction” level documentation in one coordinated package. The visual language is modern throughout, and I will need photorealistic 3D views of the exterior, all shared/common interiors, and individual tenant spaces so the leasing team can start marketing early.
Scope
The assignment covers every major discipline—architecture, structure, MEP, fire and life-safety—so the drawings must align seamlessly. A BIM-based workflow (Revit or comparable) is preferred to keep coordination tight, but I am open to any platform that delivers fully clash-checked sets.
Deliverables
• Architectural concept plans through detailed GFC drawings, including schedules and finish specifications
• High-resolution 3D renderings and walkthrough clips for the façade, lobby/amenities, and typical offices
• Structural analysis and design (ETABS / STAAD) with GA drawings, connection details, and a consolidated BOM
• Complete electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations compliant with local code
• Fire-fighting and plumbing schematics with hydraulic calculations, equipment data sheets, and riser diagrams
• Mechanical & HVAC design: heat load, ducting plans, equipment selection, and control schematics
• A federated model or coordinated DWGs ready for site execution, stamped “clash-free”

1. All drawings align to a common grid and floor-to-floor datum.
2. 3D renders match the final GFC façade materials and lighting levels.
3. Discipline sheets pass a single coordination review with zero hard clashes.
