Deck, Carports & Flyover Plan Amendments

I already have approved drawings for a small residential build and now need them updated. The main change is a new deck that must integrate seamlessly with the existing living area—this is my top priority and I need the revised plans as soon as possible. In the same update, please show two attached carports and a fly-over roof that ties the whole addition together.

I will send you the current PDF and DWG files. What I expect back are tidy, construction-ready drawings: updated floor plan, roof plan, elevations and any sections or connection details a certifier will ask for. Keep all dimensions, setbacks and levels consistent with the original file; just extend and annotate where the new structures connect.
