DWG to Revit MEP Conversion
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a single DWG file rebuilt in Revit, focusing solely on the MEP components. The architectural and structural linework can remain as reference underlays; only the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems must be modeled natively in Revit.
Because I have no in-house standards to impose, feel free to work with the out-of-the-box Revit templates. What matters most is that the final model is an accurate, well-organized 3D representation that allows me to generate coordinated plans, sections, and basic schedules without extra cleanup.
Key acceptance points
• All MEP objects placed as Revit families, correctly classified (ducts, pipes, cable trays, fixtures, equipment).
• Model geometry aligns exactly with the supplied DWG background; no scaling or origin shifts.
• Views and view filters set up so I can quickly review each discipline in isolation.
• File delivered in .rvt format compatible with Revit 2021 or newer; include the original DWG linked for reference.
If you have questions about any system runs or equipment naming, let me know before modeling so we stay aligned and avoid rework.
