DWG-to-Revit House Model
Budget: €200 – €450 EUR
I need a clean reusable Revit prototype for a standard house typology that I use often in residential developments.
The goal is to have a proper architectural Revit file that I can reuse in future projects, copy/place into larger site or masterplan models, and use to prepare drawings faster.
The scope includes:
- Clean architectural Revit model
- Correct levels/heights
- Ground floor and first floor plans
- Elevations and sections
- Walls, floors/slabs, roof, doors, windows, stairs if applicable
- Basic materials
- Organized views/sheets
- Editable RVT file
- PDF exports
I also need sales plans for the ground floor and first floor. We will provide a reference/example for the sales plan style, so it should be simple. The sales plans should have colors, room names, areas, clean graphics and be suitable for future reuse as a template.
LOD should be basic to medium, around LOD 200–300. No MEP, no structural calculations, no high-end rendering and no detailed construction drawings are required.
