2D DWG to Revit 3D
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a floorplan already drafted in AutoCAD (DWG) and I now need it translated into a clean Revit model. The scope is intentionally straightforward: the 3D file must capture only the core structural elements—walls, slabs, roofs, doors and windows—without any furniture, fixtures, materials, or textures.
Do a MINOR CHANGE of one wall in ground floor and basement, as shown in the projections pdf.
CREATE SITE PLAN AND ALL PDFs like examples(from Lot10) for AUSTRALIAN STANDARTS
Alongside the model, I also need building elevations generated directly from that Revit file. These elevations have to be clear, properly aligned, and fully dimensioned so they are ready for immediate reference on my side; no additional annotations or notes are required beyond those dimensions.
Acceptance & deliverables
• Native Revit (.rvt) file reflecting the 3-D build
• Exported DWG of the same model
• PDF sheets of the dimensioned elevations
• Clean CAD output and, if feasible, an STL for quick visual checks
All geometry must originate from the supplied DWG to maintain accuracy. Please organise the Revit file logically by levels and categories so future edits or detailing will be simple. If you have any questions on layer mapping, coordinate placement, or export settings, let me know before you begin; I’m happy to clarify to save both of us revision cycles.
