2D DWG to Detailed Revit Model 3 Building Blocks
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will provide a full set of 2D DWG plans, elevations, and sections for a residential building, and I need them rebuilt as a single, tidy Revit model ready for quantity take-off. The scope calls for complete interior and exterior detail: every wall, slab, roof, stair, door, window, and structural element must be placed with the correct family, material, and level category so that I can pull accurate MTO/BOQ schedules straight from the file.
Furniture and loose fixtures are not required, so your time can stay focused on the architectural shell and core. I do, however, expect clean family naming, logical work-set or phase breakdowns, and views/sheets organised in a way that lets me navigate the file without guesswork.
Deliverables
• Native .rvt file (Revit 2022 or later)
• Exported schedules for walls, doors, windows, and structural components showing counts, areas, and volumes
• A PDF sheet set of key plans, sections, and 3D views to confirm geometry and organisation
I will be available for quick clarifications and can share reference photos if needed. Please let me know your expected turnaround and any previous residential projects you can show that demonstrate precise, schedule-ready modelling.
