DC DOB Wall Detail Drawing

I need a clean, permit-ready wall detail in compliance with DC Department of Buildings (DOB) submittal standards. The sheet must focus on a single detail view and clearly call out all material specifications so plan reviewers can see exactly how the assembly is built.

Scope
• Draft one high-resolution detail view of the wall, scaled and annotated for an architectural permit set.
• List every material layer in sequence with tags that match the keynote legend (e.g., exterior finish, substrate, insulation, vapor barrier).
• Dimension critical thicknesses, offsets, and clearances where they clarify the material notes.
• Follow typical DC DOB title-block conventions and include my project information, which I will supply once we start.
• Deliver both a plotted PDF sheet and the editable CAD/Revit file so I can integrate it into the master set later.

I have no preselected wall materials yet, so leave placeholder text in the spec callouts and keep the layout flexible for quick edits.

Ideal tools are AutoCAD or Revit 2020+. Use line-weights and hatching that align with standard AIA layering.

Turnaround: initial draft within three days, one revision round included.
