Custom Georgia Home Plans

I have a 4,400 sq ft home underway in Georgia—2,200 sq ft on the main floor plus a 2,200 sq ft walk-out basement—and I need an architect who can translate my concept package into permit-ready drawings. The PowerPoint I will share outlines the exterior elevations, roof lines, room layouts and a concise list of key design considerations you must factor into your bid.

Architectural design is the core skill for this assignment. Wood is the primary material I want expressed in the exterior detailing and any feature elements you highlight inside, so the design should showcase warm, organic finishes that fit our region and climate.

What I expect from you
• A detailed project proposal explaining your workflow, milestones and software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or equivalent).
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, roof plan and sections for both levels, all ready for structural and MEP coordination.
• Coordinated drawing set delivered in PDF and the original CAD/BIM files.
• A brief explanatory note on how the design meets local Georgia residential codes.
