I’m developing a non-standard commercial facility and need a complete, build-ready floor plan. The space must flow logically for staff and visitors while incorporating two key features: dedicated conference rooms and comfortable break areas.

Include overall dimensions, room labels, circulation paths, and basic furniture blocks so I can visualise scale and functionality.
