Custom Building Elevation Design

I need a fresh exterior elevation for a new project and I’m still shaping the brief, so you’ll have creative latitude from the outset. The exact building type and stylistic direction are open for discussion; I want to see what you can propose once you hear more about my site, footprint, and functional goals.

Here’s what I expect from our collaboration:
• Concept sketches that explore a couple of distinct directions.
• A developed set of 2D elevations (front, sides, rear) ready for planning approval, created in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable tool.
• At least one colored 3D perspective or walkthrough render so materials and massing read clearly.
• Source files plus exported PDFs or high-resolution images suitable for presentation.
